Specialized Performance Analysis for Executives
 

Strategic Catalytic Coaching can be engaged  for a brief period of change or challenge, or as a continuous engagement. My programs are arranged for a 3-12 months. Individual sessions usually last 50 minutes two to three times a month. I meet with clients via video or phone.  

Issues I regularly discuss with clients include navigating power dynamics, improving communication and feedback, managing relationships with employees and Board members, creating stronger teams, transitioning from expert to leader, evolving organizational culture and structure, and better self-care.

I work with most clients one-on-one, but I also conduct pair coaching engagements with co-founders or senior colleagues.

I offer a complimentary, no-obligation call for anyone interested in working with me. In this session, we can clarify your challenges and opportunities, explore potential options, and tailor the best steps forward. The discovery session isn't a coaching session as such, but it should give you a good idea of what coaching with me will be like. It is typical that during this meeting we'll identify what you would most like to focus on over the time we're working together, but rest assured, you can bring 'live issues' to each coaching session so that you get the most from the experience.

I evaluate each clients's style and deliver a nuanced understanding of each strength, hidden quality, and development area. Three month sessions of my coaching programs focus on opening up any issues, achieving goals and awareness of the inner process to help you see what is happening.
